Today is the 11th, but Niklas took the Number 2 stocking and I actually found it quite appropiate since he has just turned two years old. As you can see, we have gotten our tree. It's not decorated yet (we plan on doing it this weekend) but just having a pine tree standing in the house smells like Christmas! When Niklas put his santa hat on, grabbed the stocking to check out whether he might find something still in it to eat and plumped himself down under the tree, it was just too cute to resist taking a picture! I did sneak a little cookie into the stocking so that he would keep himself busy digging around for it until I could get my camera out. (yes, I do resort to bribing to keep him still now!)
