365 Project - Day 128

 Salt Dough
2 cups of flour
1 cup of salt
a little cooking oil
water
Mix flour and salt together and then add water until you have a thick dough.
Knead a bit of oil into the dough.

We made salt dough hand prints of our kids hands yesterday at playgroup! We rolled  the dough out, had our children put their flattened hand on it and pushed down a bit to get a nice imprint. Made a hole at the top of it so that when it dries, it can be hanged and now the little hand prints are just drying out and hardening up. What a great idea for a Christmas present and so easy and fun to do!!

  2. That's why I posted the recipe, so others could steal the idea! Niklas helped roll the dough out and I did it first so he could see what it was about. We just kneaded my hand print flat and rolled the dough out again for him to try.
